H-S Precision has been involved in the production of tactical/long range rifles since 1978. The FBI chose H-S Precision Pro-Series 2000 HTR to fulfill the FBI’s sniper rifle needs because of the HTR’s reliability, durability and affordability. Not only did the rifle pass the stringent FBI requirements -- it exceeded them.

H-S Precision Rifles are proudly custom made in the USA. Pro-Series 2000 Tactical/Long Range Rifles are available in numerous configurations which all feature the Pro-Series 2000 actions, Pro-Series 10X match grade stainless steel barrels and Pro-Series synthetic stocks with full length bedding block chassis systems. All of these rifles, 30 cal or smaller, are guaranteed to shoot 1/2" minute of angle (3 shots at 100 yards) with factory match ammunition. Over 30 cal. is guaranteed to shoot 1” minute of angle.

H-S Precision manufacturers every component of the Pro-Series 2000 firearms -- actions, triggers, match grade barrels and composite synthetic stocks. Every Pro-Series 2000 firearm is test fired by hand for accuracy in H-S’s state-of-the-art underground 100-yard range. A target showing the actual test group and measurement along with the ammo load data are provided with each firearm. Other firearms companies assemble purchased components and label them as their own, but only H-S Precision has built its reputation of quality and accuracy through its authentic and innovative manufactured components.
